Harvest: Manual in the months of September and October, depending on the season and the altitude and exposure of the individual vineyards.
Winemaking: Sorting of clusters and individual grapes through three tables selection, stemming and crushing, temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats, where appropriate replacements are performed. The malolactic fermentation took place before the aging in wood.
Aging: Part of the wine in French and partly in medium capacity oak barrels oak barrels for a period of about 12 months.
