Grapes: Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Noir (10%), from the best vineyards of the 19 municipalities of Franciacorta.
Harvest: from mid-August to the first week of September.
Production: 9,000 kg per hectare, with a yield in must of 55%, equivalent to 6,600 bottles per hectare.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and progressive with fractioning of the must; alcoholic fermentation in steel vats.
Maturation: Preparation of the cuvée in the spring following the harvest. Second fermentation in the bottle, followed by aging in contact with its lees for at least 24 months, followed by another 2 months after disgorgement.
