Features: Spumante Metodo Classico Millesimato from important and elegant personality, characterized by freshness and the fruit of an extraordinary expressive balance. A whole meal is a great and brilliant accompaniment to food.
The distinctive values ​​of the wine: Terroir Vineyards planted in the land of Franciacorta (derived exclusively from estate vineyards, many of them high plant density), the cradle moraine south of Lake Iseo, suited from the very beginning in an election viticulture, capable of generating grapes and produce wines with excellent organoleptic qualities, inimitable and perfectly recognizable.
Vinification and aging: Soft pressing of the grapes and gradual with fractioning of the must and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. A small portion matures in contact with the lees for 6 months in oak barrels, where also the malolactic fermentation. In the spring following the vintage cuvee is made with only vintage wines. Bottled with a liqueur de tirage, remains in contact with the lees for at least 30 months, followed by a further 3 months after disgorgement.
