Information:
Fruit of the happy marriage of Pinot Blanc, Friulano and a small percentage of sauvignon, "Collio" is a blend that matures exclusively in steel barrels.
To enhance the characteristics of the terroir of origin, we have favored natural yeasts in the fermentation process: the result is a highly drinkable wine, fresh and crisp, delicately scented.

Vinification and aging:
steel fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 20-22 °, "sur lie" aging for 6 months.
Malolactic: Partial malolactic fermentation.
Ageing: On the lees for six months in steel barrels
Bottling: In spring without sterile filtration
Bottle aging: Park of bottles for 2 months in the cellar before being sold.
For the "Collio" wine, Roncus company chose to use the exclusive bottle designed for the consortium: a form of inverted funnel. The label reason, yellow like wine that guards, evokes the bond, indissoluble and precious, between man and his land. A bottle elegant and essential, for a wine that remains true, and at the same time rediscovers its territory.

Curiosity:
The Collio was one of the first wines in Italy to obtain the DOC, in 1968.
