Lying at the foot of the hills of Pisa and dominated by the millenary Casa Turrita, Tenuta Torre a Cenaia has for centuries been the benchmark of the wine production of this fertile territory, which is one of the most suitable soil and climate environments of western Tuscany. Former property of the Florentine family of the Picts, it reflects the heritage handing down to posterity the pride and noble history, embodied today in wines with a unique character, deeply Tuscan.
By careful harvest of Vermentino grapes it comes this wine penetrating aroma and rich with mineral notes, floral and citrusy, fresh, fruity with good structure. Excellent as an aperitif, it is particularly suitable for fish dishes, shellfish, pasta dishes with vegetables.

Vinification: De-stemming, cold maceration in cement vats for 15-20 days. Aging on the lees for three months
Refinement: In the bottle for a month
